The service

Yasham Shop provides a platform for creating and managing online stores. We set the store up and hand it over ready to use; the customer remains responsible for managing its content and products after handover.

Account and use

The customer agrees to provide accurate information when requesting the service, and to keep their store login details confidential. The customer is responsible for any activity carried out through their account.

Content and products

The customer owns and is fully responsible for the products and content shown in their store, and undertakes that it does not breach applicable law or the intellectual property rights of others.

Subscriptions and payment

The service is offered through published subscription packages. Service begins once the subscription is confirmed, and the customer may upgrade or change their package at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend the service if these terms are breached or payment is overdue. The customer may likewise end their subscription at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from a temporary interruption outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change will be published on this page along with an updated revision date.
